Where's the Meat!?

Hey everyone! I am so excited to tell you all about my journey. So as you all know , I gave up the juicy, tender, lovely, meats for 60 days. I wanted to see the impact it would have on my body and my health manager Danielle Nelson is a veggitarian so with her in mind I began this journey. I started this process  with the mind set of strictly fruits and vegetables. With that being said , I did not eat any bread, salt, sugar , or fried food for about the first 6weeks... after that I began to incorporate some***** bread (not a whole lot) and sea salt and vegetable oil to create a sauce for some pasta . Now, let me tell you guys , I did not eat regular pasta I bought hidden veggie pasta to cut out a lot of the carbs. If I wanted to snack I would grab the veggie brand Pringle stlye chips or this artic freeze non dairy 150 calories pint ice cream. (Absolutely amazing for vegans) I also ate fake meat or meat substitute. I ate the Mornings brand of fake Buffalo wings and sausage patties a lot . However I made sure that I kept vegetables in my diet to regulate my body. I also drank apple cider vinegar throughout the week to help shrink my appetite. I would work out anywhere from 3 to 5 days out of the week. Wheww! I think that's it.
So now Dom , what happened after all of this? Well I'm glad you asked, I saw a decrease in my waist and my body began to thin out ... if that makes any sense. I will say that it was not as dramatic as it could have been if I were eating meat according to a lot of the physical trainers I spoke with.
You will see results if you do this . However, you need to make sure you are taking hair vitamins ladies and drinking lots of protein men. The absence of meat in a regular eating pattern thins your hair and can make your skin pale if you do not take the proper vitamins. Also water and sleep is important. You cannot afford to miss out on hours of sleep while eating just vegetables and fruit . Your body will retain your weight and you will not see progress as quickly as you would like to. The extra fruit and vegetables will recharge your body causing you to have more energy, so you will need to set a bed time. Men , your bodies burn off what you eat quicker than women's bodies. Therefore you will need to eat very frequently and eat protein bars, meat substitute, and/or protein shakes.
I hope you all enjoyed my journey, now Where's the Meat?!
